A bright, vibrant Pinot Gris with aromatics of tinned pears, citrus, rose petal and mineral elements showcasing the variety. The palate is well balanced with lovely intensity of flavour, good viscosity and richness in the mouth whilst the underlying natural acid allows the wine to finish clean and crisp.
